Tania Hodgins, Client Services Specialist - San Francisco
Tania Hodgins was born in Dublin, Ireland and spent many summers working in
Munich, Germany, Virginia Beach and Chicago. She obtained a B.A. in Humanities
and Montessori, with which she spent a year working in Seisen International School,
Tokyo, Japan. In 1998 she moved to San Francisco to teach in the Chinese
American International School. In 2002 she moved to New York and worked as a
house manager for a New York Real Estate family in Manhattan. After getting
married in 2004, in their home place in Ireland, Tania and her husband relocated to
their beloved San Francisco. They love the active lifestyle of the Bay Area and the
laid back way of life. Tania, her husband Ken and their two children, live in the Glen
Park neighborhood of San Francisco.

Wende Kremer, Client Services Specialist - Orange County
As the daughter of a U.S. Military Officer, and avid travel enthusiast, Wende has
spent her entire life traveling throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
Interested in international affairs and public relations, Wende attended the American
University in Washington, D.C. graduating with a BA in Law and Society from the
University’s School of Public Affairs. With interests in law, public affairs and the
creative arts, Wende worked for a number of years in New York City as an
independent film and documentary producer, producing a number of award winning
films. In addition to her work in the independent film market, Wende also worked as
a Location Manager in the television and feature film industries, enhancing her
experience and understanding of the real estate market, which has been very
beneficial in her work as a destination services consultant.
Wende and her family relocated to Orange County, California from New York City in
2007. She looks forward to using her own experience relocating to Orange County
to help her clients make their transition to the area as easy as possible.
